RedMinds Technologies is a Hyderabad-based software and digital solutions company led by Leela Parameswara Reddy, with 18+ years of experience in the IT industry — spanning product development, web platforms, infrastructure, and hands-on training.
Incorporated in 2017 and fully focused on client work since 2022, RedMinds is built around a small, committed core team. Designers, engineers, and trainers work closely together, so every project benefits from both practical engineering judgment and a clear understanding of how people actually use the systems we build.
